Blame It On The Times – Stress and the Body (Free Handout)

Generation Z adults, born after 1995, are especially likely to report worse mental health compared to a year previously. More than 70% of Gen Z adults report feeling so tired that they sat around and did nothing, felt very restless, found it difficult to think clearly or concentrate, felt lonely, or felt miserable or unhappy in the two weeks before the study.
